Maintenance Coordinator

Kelly is from Leavenworth and has many years of experience as a retail manager. She is good with customer service and working with tenants to get issues that they have resolved in a timely manner. Trying to foresee problems before they happen, routine maintenance is the key and very important.

She handles coordinating the maintenance on our properties.  Dealing directly with the vendors and homeowners to assess needed repairs, obtain estimates and verify quality work is completed at each property.
